Balcony Before

This photograph shows water pooling at the base of the original Ladies’ Parlor French doors prior to completion of the roof drainage project. To prevent moisture entering the building, the threshold and doors had been covered with built-up tar roofing. The doors have been restored and reproduction art glass has been installed. The doors are currently in storage.
