Amanda Terhark

North Iowa Area Community College
As a Mason City graduate, with a Masters in Art Education from the University of Northern Iowa, I am excited to be home, inspiring my students to have a passion for art and teaching how important art and creativity is in our community and world. Art opens the world to everyone and helps us to feel connected to one another. What a gift art is, for art allows everyone to have a voice.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, participating in vendor shows, watching movies and baking.

Joanne M. Hardinger

Docent since 2009 and Chair of the Education and Events Committee
I love sharing with others how Frank Lloyd Wright’s principles can apply to their own lives.  When a guest is enlightened or a child’s creativity is sparked, there’s no telling how far that inspiration will go.   I am also pleased to see our community revitalized through preservation.
